SG Veterinary Physiotherapy is run by veterinary physiotherapist Samantha Graves. Sam has an extensive background in animal science which began over 10 years ago studying for a degree in Bioveterinary Science. She then went on to pursue a career in animal rehabilitation and graduated from Harper Adams University in 2014 with an MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy, accredited by the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists (NAVP).

After qualifying as a veterinary physiotherapist, Sam spent the next few years pursuing her passion for small animal rehabilitation. She gained her Level 3 Certificate in Small Animal Hydrotherapy at K9HS Physiotherapy, one of the leading training centres within the industry. She was then fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work at a number of specialist rehabilitation centres in the south east, enabling her to further develop and refine her physiotherapy and hydrotherapy treatment techniques. She also ran a mobile small animal physiotherapy service on the Isle of Wight before moving to Northamptonshire. SG Veterinary Physiotherapy are specialists in canine rehabilitation and fitness with experience in treating a range of orthopaedic and neurological conditions.

Sam is registered and insured with the Institute of Registered Veterinary and Animal Physiotherapists (IRVAP). She is also a qualified canine hydrotherapist and member of NARCH (National Association of Registered Canine Hydrotherapists). She regularly attends various CPD training events throughout the year to keep her skills and knowledge up to date in order to ensure patients receive the best possible treatment.

In her spare time Sam has a keen interest in working gundogs and can be found training and working her young Hungarian Vizsla.
